The turning point came in 2006. Sitaram was restless with the idea of starting his own business but had no capital. That’s when his mother stepped forward, pawning her jewelry to support his dream. For Sitaram, it was not just money—it was trust, love, and a responsibility to succeed.
With this, he started a small mobile phone business, laying the foundation of Shri Dadaji Mobile and HDM Sales. What began with a mother’s sacrifice soon grew into a life-changing journey.
Building on Honesty and Trust
The early days were far from smooth. Limited knowledge of the market, little experience, and scarce resources made the road tough. But Sitaram relied on two principles: hard work and honesty. He treated customer trust as his biggest asset, and slowly, this approach began to yield results.
Over the years, his ventures expanded beyond mobiles. Today, he owns multiple businesses including a mobile agency, a Bata showroom, Safal Seeds, and Safal Industries with warehousing facilities. What started with a pawned ornament now supports livelihoods and provides jobs to many youths in the region.

In less than two decades, Sitaram has built a business presence across four districts, including Khandwa. The same young man who once worked for a few hundred rupees now employs others and inspires them with his journey.
