Programme reinforces company’s long-term commitment to Skill India, NEP 2020, and building a globally competitive pharmaceutical workforce
India, December 23, 2025: Venus Remedies Limited (NSE: VENUSREM, BSE: 526953) announced the successful completion of its Graduation Ceremony 2025, conducted in alignment with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). As part of this initiative, 150 employees graduated from structured skilling and capability-building programmes spanning multiple Skill Sector Councils.
The graduating cohort received certifications under the Life Sciences Sector Skill Development Council (LSSSDC), Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council (THSC), Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council (MEPSC), and the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Sector Skill Council (BFSI SSC)—reflecting the organisation’s cross-functional approach to workforce development.
Designed to build a workforce that is both industry-ready and future-focused, the initiative underscores Venus Remedies’ commitment to supporting India’s ambition for global pharmaceutical leadership. The programme aligns closely with national priorities including the Skill India Mission, Atmanirbhar Bharat, and the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Commenting on the milestone, Akshansh Chaudhary, Executive Director and Chief Technical Officer, Venus Remedies, said:
“Our engagement with NSDC reflects our long-term vision of integrating technology, talent, and structured learning. This initiative goes far beyond certification—it is about empowering our people to think critically, lead confidently, and innovate in a rapidly evolving pharmaceutical landscape. By fostering a culture of continuous upskilling, we are strengthening individual growth while building organisational resilience for the future.”
The graduation ceremony, themed “Empowering Growth with a Future-Ready Workforce,” marked an important step in embedding capability building, continuous learning, and performance excellence across the organisation. Employees from diverse functions—including quality assurance, research and development, and corporate roles—participated in the programme, enhancing competencies aligned with evolving industry standards.
To support certification readiness, Venus Remedies implemented targeted learning interventions, including role-specific training modules, structured assessment preparation, and mentorship-led knowledge sharing. Insights from the assessment outcomes are being leveraged to identify skill gaps, strengthen succession planning, and design focused development pathways aligned with future leadership and business requirements.
The graduation ceremony served as a culmination of these efforts—recognising employee achievement, instilling pride, and encouraging broader participation in ongoing learning initiatives. By formally celebrating skill acquisition, Venus Remedies reaffirmed its belief that people development lies at the heart of sustainable healthcare excellence.
