910 Blankets Distributed, Providing Comfort to the Needy
Hazaribagh Youth Wing has set an exemplary standard in social service through its Winter Relief Campaign. As part of this initiative, the organization has distributed 910 blankets to underprivileged individuals, offering much-needed relief during the harsh winter season.
“Reaching out to the weaker sections of society is our duty. This campaign symbolizes our commitment to humanity,” said Chandra Prakash Jain, the patron of the organization.
“Our goal is not just to provide relief from the cold but to instill a sense of belonging in the needy, reminding them that they are not alone,” stated Karan Jaiswal, President of the Youth Wing.
“Service to humanity and social upliftment is our mission, and this campaign reflects our dedication to this cause,” added Sanjay Kumar, Secretary of the organization.
Weekly Blanket Distribution in December
As part of its December activities, the organization carried out weekly blanket distribution drives. On Sunday, the campaign reached villages such as Masratu, Banadag, and Meyatu in Katkamsandi block, distributing 210 blankets. This brings the total distribution count to 910 blankets so far.
In addition to blanket distribution, the organization arranged for bonfires in public spaces and extended support to workers in institutional cow shelters, ensuring warmth and comfort for all.
A Legacy of Service
Hazaribagh Youth Wing has been actively contributing to social and religious causes for over 3.5 years. Its winter relief campaign is an integral part of its annual programs, aiming to provide aid to the underprivileged during extreme weather conditions.
