The anticipation for Nag Ashwin’s upcoming sci-fi masterpiece, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, featuring a stellar cast including Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani, has been steadily mounting since its inception. While much of the film has already been captured, lead actors Prabhas and Disha Patani, along with director Nag Ashwin and producer Priyanka Dutt, recently embarked on a journey to Italy to shoot a special song sequence for the film.
The enchanting Royal Palace of Caserta in Caserta, Italy, served as the backdrop for this musical extravaganza. With its mesmerizing gardens, serene pools, majestic fountains, and cascading beauty, the palace provided an awe-inspiring setting, promising audiences an unforgettable cinematic experience.
Celebrating this milestone, the team behind ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ took to social media to share a snapshot of Prabhas and Disha Patani, accompanied by the entire crew, captioned, “Italy lo aata paata 🕺💃”
Directed by Nag Ashwin and produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ promises to be a multilingual marvel, blending mythology with futuristic science fiction. Audiences can mark their calendars as the film is slated for a pan-Indian release on May 9, 2024.
